● Strong compensation capability is one of the advantages that all corrugated pipe seals possess.

Rubber bellows have good elasticity and can adjust shaft runout, displacement, and wear within a certain range. Even if the axis is slightly misaligned or the vibration is a bit large, there is relatively little leakage. We have previously helped our clients replace their sewage pumps and have been using them for six months in situations with high vibration. We found that the shaft sleeve has basically no scratches.

● Single spring anti blocking is also one of the advantages of single spring structural seals.

The single spring has a large gap and is not easily stuck by fibers, mud, or crystals. So in the process of using sewage pumps and slurry pumps, blockage faults are significantly reduced compared to before.   

● Bi directional rotation, rotate as you want

Both forward and reverse rotation are acceptable, without the need for flipping, inventory levels can be halved.    

● Quick installation and replacement of parts

The structure is really simple, and now it is standardized in size. Just push it up from the impeller side, and it can be done with a wrench and screwdriver. It takes an average of 15-30 minutes to complete.

● The materials used are also very flexible and can basically cover both conventional and moderate corrosion conditions

Bellows: NBR (economical universal), EPDM (water and ozone resistant), Viton (oil and heat resistant).

Sealing surface: carbon graphite+ceramic/silicon carbide (conventional wear-resistant); SiC+SiC (better wear resistance/light corrosion).

Metal parts: 304/316 stainless steel.

Note: In general, NBR+carbon/ceramic is sufficient for clean water; Choose Viton or EPDM for weak acid-base/hot water; Food grade optional FDA certified materials. It is recommended to choose SiC/SiC as the medium containing particles and filter it; Strong oxidants are not recommended. But for specific analysis of working conditions, please feel free to consult us.  

Swap reference (size compatible type) size and interface compatible with mainstream lightweight rubber corrugated pipe seals, can directly replace products of the same specification.

MG12/MG13 is mainly used in situations where different installation lengths are required.

Before replacement, it is recommended to check the shaft diameter, installation length, compression capacity, and end face combination, and it is best to confirm the pump model and medium compatibility.

Rotation direction: All directions are bi-directional rotation, so there is no need to worry about direction issues.
