flagship product, the Shincoim Robot Control System SCMOTION, is built on the
IEC61131-3 programming environment, supporting diverse structural configurations
and customized requirements. It integrates optimal speed planning algorithms and
multi-robot coordinated control capabilities. Boasting an interface openness
rate of over 95% and fully open state machine code, the system allows users to
customize PLC programs, with seamless direct interaction between PLC and robot
control.

The system supports speed constraints across multiple coordinate systems,
enabling non-zero motion in the world coordinate system even when the workpiece
speed on the positioner is zero, with a manual maximum safe speed limited to
≤250MM/S. It also accommodates dynamic model parameter constraints, leveraging
over 300 parameters including motor characteristics, arm weight and inertia for
speed planning. In configurations without such parameters, rapid deployment can
be achieved simply by setting motor speed and acceleration. Equipped with an
industry-leading time-optimal motion algorithm, it ensures that at least one
robot axis operates at maximum capacity at all times, minimizing cycle time to
unleash the equipment's full performance while extending its service life.
Additionally, the system supports multiple teaching modes—including drag
teaching and programming teaching—as well as hybrid operation, effectively
meeting diverse coating process requirements.

The complementary XShincoim Generation Ⅳ Calibrator is designed to
"democratize" professional robotic technology by significantly lowering
operational barriers. Ideal for high-mix, low-volume flexible production, it
enables robots to quickly learn new workpiece geometries and coating paths,
cutting changeover time from hours down to minutes. For irregular workpieces
such as automotive bumpers and sanitary ceramics, it precisely covers
concave-convex surfaces via multi-point recording or 3D modeling, resolving the
long-standing pain point of inconsistent manual coating quality. Featuring
intuitive operation, cost-effectiveness, high precision and automatic deviation
correction, this product serves as a pivotal tool for manufacturers to upgrade
coating automation and advance smart factory transformation.
