High- and low-pressure thin oil lubrication system
High-pressure lubrication: During equipment startup or low-speed operation
1. System Overview
The high- and low-pressure thin oil lubrication system utilizes a combined lubrication mode of "high-pressure startup + low-pressure operation":
High-pressure lubrication: During equipment startup or low-speed operation, a high-pressure pump (such as a plunger pump) forcibly injects lubricating oil into friction pairs (such as bearings and gear meshing areas), forming an oil film and preventing dry friction.
Low-pressure lubrication: During normal equipment operation, a low-pressure pump (such as a gear pump) is used for continuous lubrication, reducing energy consumption and maintaining a stable oil film.
2. Core Components
High-pressure Module:
High-pressure pump (pressure up to 10-40 MPa)
High-pressure Piping, Distributor
Safety Valve, Pressure Sensor
Low-pressure Module:
Low-pressure pump (pressure typically 0.1-0.6 MPa)
Filter, Cooler, Oil Tank
Control Unit:
PLC or intelligent controller automatically switches between high and low pressure modes based on equipment operating conditions.
Provides pressure, temperature, and flow monitoring and alarm functions.
Auxiliary Components:
Heater (for low-temperature environments), Oil Level Gauge, Online Cleaning Device, etc.
3. Product Features
Efficient Lubrication: High-pressure mode quickly builds an oil film, while low-pressure mode maintains stable lubrication, reducing wear.
Energy-Saving Design: Oil is supplied on demand, avoiding energy waste caused by over-lubrication.
High Reliability: Multiple protections (such as blockage alarms and oil temperature monitoring) ensure long-term stable system operation.
Intelligent control: supports remote monitoring and integrates with the equipment's DCS system.
Strong Adaptability: Suitable for harsh environments such as high temperature, dust, and vibration.
4. Typical Application Scenarios
Mining Machinery: Lubrication of main bearings for ball mills and crushers.
Metallurgical Equipment: Lubrication of gearboxes and bearings for rolling mills and continuous casting machines.
Cement Industry: Lubrication of rotary kiln rollers and large reducers.
Power Industry: Gearboxes for steam turbines and wind turbines.
